Partners In Progress is an area non-profit with the mission of empowering individuals with disabilities to succeed. One of the ways in which we do this is through our janitorial vocational program. Our Janitorial Crew Supervisors provide training, mentoring, support and supervision to individuals employed on the Janitorial Crew working with them in the community. Responsible for the safety and well-being of Janitorial Crew Members at all times. Works side-by-side with the crew in all aspects, cleaning and coaching as they accomplish jobs together. Responsible for the quality of cleaning performed at job sites to ensure we're maintaining our high standards and customer satisfaction.

Starting Rate: $16.41 

Schedule is 37.5 - 40 hours per week. Schedule will include some evenings and at times some weekend and holiday hours to meet program and contract needs. Schedule typically includes shifts of 8:45am-3:30 pm; 3:00m-8:00pm; 9:00am-4:00pm, but some flexibility is needed to meet contract needs.

Qualifications: High School Diploma (or GED); Two (2) years of experience (including supervision) in custodial services preferred; Experience working in direct care with MH/ID population preferred; experience in Human Services preferred; valid driver's license with a satisfactory three (3) year driving history required. Satisfactory background checks required and will be conducted at time of hire.

Please note that driving an Agency vehicle will be required so a valid driver's license with acceptable three-year driving history (no major infractions or suspensions) will be necessary. Background Clearances and Drivers Record to be completed after job offer/acceptance and before start date.
