This position provides direct support, guidance, training and supervision to program participants in various program settings when regularly scheduled staff employees are unavailable. Responsible for the safety and well-being of program participants at all times. Attends to program participants' personal and work needs as necessary. Provides direct supervision and ongoing support while transporting program participants. This is a highly independent position that requires staff who: have the ability to problem-solve; are sensitive to the needs and requirements of community employers/agencies; and will represent and maintain the positive reputation that the agency has built in the community. Independence, professionalism and the ability to quickly adjust to the needs of the organization are requirements for this position at all times and at all assigned work-sites.
