This Full-Time position is responsible for the direct provision of support services to Program Participants with developmental disabilities, within their own homes and communities.
Do you have a heart for caring for others and helping them achieve their goals? As a Residential Support Staff you will support and supervise adult Individuals with disabilities residing in a casual home setting. You will assist with everyday activities, household chores and tasks, facilitate community outings and activities like day trips and vacations, transport and support at medical appointments, may perform medication administration after proper training, and form a positive rapport with those served.
